Please take a minute to carefully read the following terms and conditions of service that were effected to promote a cordial and transparent professional relationship between the client and ourselves.
Kindly note that for these terms and conditions to apply, the agreeing party(s) must be of legally enforceable age, 18 years of age, or a different age, depending on the jurisdiction. If you are not of legal age, kindly get a parent or legal guardian to review and accept the terms and conditions on your behalf.
By clicking the “Order Now” button or duly-filling the order form, you explicitly indicate that you are a legal adult, accept these terms and conditions on either your behalf or as a legal proxy for an underage individual. If you do not agree to the stipulated terms and conditions, or you are underage, kindly cease from placing an order.
Section 1: Glossary of Terms
The Client/ You: This refers to an individual of legally enforceable age, or the legal guardian of an underage person, who makes an order on our platform.
The business/We/Us: This term refers to Research Data Experts, a platform that provides quality professional writing services.
The order/ Service/ Product: This refers to any required document and is paid for by the client.
Section 2. Provision of Services.
The personal information collected or required from the client is further detailed in our Privacy Policy. This is the information required to complete our order successfully and differs on a case-by-case basis. Our customer support personnel may initiate communication with the client on the expert’s behest assigned a particular task.
The order net payable is generated automatically based on various factors, including the urgency of delivery, the length of the paper, the service required, the academic level of work, and finally, the application of any promotional discount coupons.
The order deadline begins only upon successful remittance of payment for the task and confirmation of the same on our end. This is assuming that all pertinent information for the ordered document has been provided at this point in time. The client is required to provide any personal information, order guidelines, and any other information that cannot be freely sourced online. Once the order is finalized, it will be sent via the provided email address. It falls upon the client to practice due diligence and check their email inbox and spam folders for correspondence from our team.
Section 3. The Client’s Right to Reject the Work, Revisions, Variance payments, and Refunds.
Once the order is completed, it will be delivered via email. As the client, you will be given adequate time to review the task and determine whether it is concurrent with the provided instructions. Any concerns with the document will be duly-addressed, and if you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to request a free revision. When doing so, kindly provide clear and significant reasons for the revision. There is a one-month (30 calendar days) grace period since the date of order delivery for this free revision. Note that the revision requirement must be congruent with the initial instructions provided with the placement of the order.
Kindly note that Research Data Experts reserves the right to charge a variance payment on the order for the following specific scenarios:
- When a revision request significantly deviates from the initial instructions issued with the order. This may include, but is not limited to, change of the methodology used, the issuance of new guidelines after the final order has been delivered, and so forth on a case-by-case basis.
- When the 30-day free revision window has elapsed.
If the final product delivered after reasonable revision attempts have been made is still not up to par with the client’s requirements, a refund would be issued. Please note that refunds would be made at the business administrator’s discretion after reasonable grounds have been raised, with a deduction of the PayPal transaction fee. Also, factors beyond the control of Research Data Experts, such as the cancellation of the assignment after due work has been done and the order delivered, may not warrant a refund but are worthy of review on a case-by-case basis.
Section 4. Product Ownership
The sole ownership of the product developed by our experts is transferred to the client with the delivery email. This includes any intellectual property rights, and legal ownership of the product in any jurisdiction. Research Data Experts forfeits any ownership of the delivered product provided that the client is satisfied with the task, and any corresponding payments have been duly fulfilled. The client is advised to personalize the document, and wholly understand the work delivered. Research Data Experts will not be held liable for any legal action emanating from the illegal, unethical, or wrongful use of the documents delivered to our client via email.
The client’s ownership of the delivered product will be revoked upon the issuance of the refund and Research Data Experts regains the authority to use the product under the stipulations of fair use. This means that the work is properly de-identified before any further re-use.
Research Data Experts issues a guarantee with every order that the document delivered will be of good quality, and in accordance with any instructions and guidelines issued. However, we do not guarantee specific grades or achievement of particular institutional accolades, as these factors are beyond our control and subject to other extenuating influences.
Section 5. The Right to Refuse an Order
We adhere to anti-discrimination laws. However, Research Data Experts reserves the right to refuse to offer our services to clients who are below the legal age of consent of 18 years, or whatever this age may be depending on jurisdiction. We will also refuse service to individuals using fraudulent tactics, or making payments using stolen credit and debit cards. In such instances, Research Data Experts may also engage the relevant authorities in accordance with responsible business practice. The business may also refuse service to clients who do not provide adequate information required for the completion of the order even after reasonable attempts are made to procure this information.
